Both my front doors were not locking. They had to replace the actuator, and from what I was told the actuator on the passenger was suppose to fix the driver door as well. The passenger side seems to be fixed now but after about a week the driver door is not locking again.

Customer Service was excellent upon arrival. My only complaint was we were in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours without anyone coming in to check on us and explaining the long wait. We were having a routine oil change and safety check. Maybe it was the rotation of tires or investigating why the back of the passengers seat didn't move but it would have been nice for an explanation.

Honestly it wasnโ€™t a great experience. While I did bring my car in for emergency tire replacement there was also a check engine light on. The text message saying my car was being worked on was gret, unfortunately that was the highlight. Yhe next day Friday I called and was told a part had to be ordered (for) Monday)that was fine however I needed a rental. I-was told Enterprise would contact me. At 2:I called to say I hadnโ€™t heard. No one take my cal so I email also. At 3:00 I called again no answer. 3:40 called again and was rudely answered with yelling please hold nd phone slammed so I hung up. Proceeded to call Service Manager he was helpful and knew about my situation, he said I should contact Enterprise theyโ€™ve phone never got answered so at 4::45 I showed up at their office. They had no GM car so I had to wait until Saturday which was ok. Late Monday I emailed for status and was told part ws not received and didnโ€™t know when it was coming in. Ok, Then Tuesday no communication. At 5:10 received message car was ready for pick up. Bottom line I feel I was very patient and if the tect portal was kept up to date a lot of stress on both the service person and myself could have been avoided. My complaint is about communication I understand completely that people are busy with many things and service request and phone calls. It is very inefficient to communicate this way I felt I had to call back and I know it was frustrating for everyone involved. I am a Veteran and very business savvy now retired. The text or email system should be used more efficiently to avoid a lot of stress, especially on Fridays when shop closes 5:00pm. Unfortunately I probably wonโ€™t use Roger Dean other than warranty service. Thanks

Ultimately, my experience was good, the repair was made in a reasonable amount of time once the part was available for the tech to do the work. But, I wish the scheduling was better because on the day I made the appointment for the initial diagnosis, I waited six hours past the appointment time for the car to be looked at. I now know there is only one EV Tech, but it seems he could be better scheduled so that I could have arrived closer to when he could view the car, like at a doctor's office.

Let me first give a very brief background on myself. I am 66 years old. Being a family man and also in business since 1981 I have purchased many vehicles for both my business uses and also family members including a grandson. Normally these purchases are stressful at the very least, moderate to disasters. Rodger Dean Chevrolet has changed my entire vehicle purchase experience and thought process of every aspect involved. From the salesman Dennis O'Hara, and his right hand man Andy Koralewicz whom completed the process making sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. Putting their completely thorough purchase aside I'd also commend the normal after salesman that normally strong arms a customer at other dealers to purchase dealer added options extending the out the door price. He was completely honest and did not insist making me uncomfortable. Although he did in fact go over every dealer (we will call it bling) bling giving me a thumb drive to review my options after my over 200 mile journey home. I'll look at it further over the weekend. If there is some sort of personal recognition you can give your fine team that handled my transaction, please do it. They are (especially Dennis) the finest I've ever dealt with during my entire life. Normally a review is not a true representation of what actually took place. This should be the example of how business is conducted. BTW, I purchased the 2025 Z71 Suburban. Go test drive one before and after testing other vehicles. It speaks for itself! They need to actually check brakes, tires and not put in the last mm reading or assume. They listed my brakes as 5mm front 4 mm rear, they are new brakes rotors and pads with less than 500 miles on them. Tires, the rear tires are newer than the front with 4/16 on front and 7/16 on rear. If this happens again Iโ€™ll take my truck else where.

The staff was friendly but there could have been better communication with me. My car was dropped off at 7:30 AM and by the end of the day my car was still not ready. There was no offer of a loaner car. I was stranded at my house and I had places I needed to go. The car was kept overnight again and nearing the end of the day, I got a call that my car was ready and someone would pick me up. I went back to the office and paid the rather hefty bill and went home. All my past dealings with Roger Dean have been great. This one was not. A loaner car could have solved the whole problem or at least a phone call every few hours to let me know the progress and when it might be finished. That would have helped ease my anxiety. Overall good experience. Disappointed that I had to walk around parking lot to find the truck once service was completed and upon opening the driver door notice grease prints on armrest. This also happened at another dealer. Its unfortunate the mechanics do not wipe away their prints before returning the car to the owner. I understand their job is dirty but still the vehicle should be returned the way it came in to them.

24/7 single dad. Save money by doing things like replacing my own brake pads for years. Chevy now makes a car that you can't replace the rear brake pads without hooking to a computer so it will fully release the parking brake. Meaning the piston won't go all the way in the cylinder so you can't put back together with new pads. Thought if the piston came out further I could grease it so it would fully retreat....Bad idea...stepped on brake and fluid went everywhere. Then the ABS light came on and reduced power so I could only go 43mph. Brought in and Roger Dean bled the brakes and performed hydraulic test.....Basically told my car there was nothing wrong with it and charged me $407....Also when they called they said it would be $179...Then when they called saying ready for pickup said it was really 2 hours and $407....Also said I would probably end up needing ECBM/master cylinder and a caliper......You might want to send out a letter to everyone with a newer Chevy warning not to replace their own brake pads or get ready for a lot of unhappy people coming in for service!! 2023 Equinox...Love it when it runs right...Needed a new fuel pump the first year...took a month to fix because of the strike....Going to be my last GM purchase....The 06 Colorado was great!!

I brought my 2014 Tahoe at the end of May for an alignment and air bag recall. After i received my vehicle back, I had to fly to Pittsburgh for my granddaughter's birth. I arrived back on the 15th and started to drive my Tahoe and it would sway and make clunking sounds. My husband pull the wheels and found that they didn't tighten the bolts after the alignment. Took it back on the 24th and they replace the tie rod ends and redid the alignment. Drove it to airport to pick up my daughter, it kept making a sound like something rolling around in the wheel on the left side and twice it made a sound like something dropped in the front end. My husband pulled the wheels found a nut or something rolling around behind the rotal and the camber bolts were loose on the left side. You can see where there is metal shavings from this shifting around.

We bought a new Equinox and while setting up the instruments/electronics on the car I found the seat memory system did not work. Brand new car. Anyway, Harvey Garcia, sales person who sold us the car worked with us to resolve the issue. He went out of his way to help. But, the end result was the switch has to be replaced and a part is on order. My issue is purchasing a new car and before we even had a chance to put some miles on the auto there was an issue. Makes you nervous about the auto, is it going to be a lemon. I would think GM could do better.

The body shop did an excellent repair to the bumper, but then something else happened to the vehicle. The check engine light is on, the engine fan is running at high speed all the time. The collision sensor shows illuminated on the dash. Also on my chevy app shows engine and transmission failure on a vehicle that has 3402 miles!!!! My truck went in with no problems but came out with all these problems. How is this possible?? I am very upset !!!

Review of Service Department Experience I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this dealership, and I feel compelled to share the details so that managementโ€”and future customersโ€”are aware. Timeline of Events: โ€ขย Monday, Sept. 15 โ€“ I called to schedule a service appointment. โ€ขย Wednesday, Sept. 17 (7:30 am) โ€“ I dropped off my vehicle as instructed. โ€ขย Friday, Sept. 19 โ€“ Having heard nothing, I called for an update. I had to leave a message for the service liaison. Instead of a return call, I received a brief text later that morning stating I would be contacted when a service technician has been assigned to my vehicle. โ€ขย Monday, Sept. 22 (10:22 am) โ€“ I received another text with a link to a repair order totaling over $1,000, presented like a shopping cart, with no phone call or explanation of findings. โ€ขย Monday, Sept. 22 (11:03 am) โ€“ I called the service advisor who gave me an explanation of findings, but no guarantee this is would solve the problem. I declined the repair. โ€ขย Monday, Sept. 22 (3:00 pm) โ€“ When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the cashier did not have paperwork ready. She told me I might want to stand by the service advisorโ€™s desk to encourage him to close out the invoice. I did, and it did cause him to go to the service technician and ask him to close it out. However, it took 45 minutes to pay and leave. Areas of Concern: 1.ย Delays After Drop-Off โ€“ I was instructed to drop my car off on Wednesday morning, yet no one even looked at it until after I called the following Monday. This left my vehicle sitting on the lot for days. Thankfully, I had another car available, but what about customers who do not? Also, my vehicle is a sports model that I donโ€™t drive in the rain, so I was at the mercy of weather the entire weekend. Itโ€™s also worth mentioning that this is not a one-time issueโ€”when I brought my vehicle in on July 23, virtually the same thing happened. 2.ย Poor Communication โ€“ I received no proactive updates. Instead, I had to chase information and was provided only vague texts. Communication is a core part of customer service, and in this case, it was almost nonexistent. 3.ย Vague & Expensive Repair Approach โ€“ The repair estimate was sent without explanation and stated only that โ€œwe will need to start with a fuse box and may need additional repairs.โ€ No degree of certainty was given that this would fix the issue, yet I was expected to approve over $1,000 in work with no assurances. I was also told that if the repair did not solve the problem, I would still be responsible for the cost. This approach feels careless and leaves the customer bearing all financial risk while the dealership โ€œtestsโ€ solutions. 4.ย Unprofessional Checkout Process โ€“ The process of retrieving my vehicle was disorganized and time-consuming. I should not have to chase staff members just to get my own car released. Final Thoughts: As someone with automotive knowledge, I was able to decline unnecessary work and handle some recommendations myself. However, many customers do not have that background and would be left paying thousands of dollars for uncertain results. That is deeply concerning. This is now the second time I have experienced nearly identical issues at this dealership. The lack of communication, repeated delays, vague repair explanations, and inefficient customer service are highly concerning. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into account to improve your service procedures and customer communication moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention. John Bolletta

I brought my truck in there in February. It sat there for over 6 months because GM didnโ€™t have the part. It needed a torque converter. Plus, no one from Roger Dean had any clue as to when the part would come in. Which, isnโ€™t so much on them. But itโ€™s entirely on GM. Plus, this is a known problem to GM so it shouldโ€™ve been recalled and fixed by them. I worked for Toyota. They wouldโ€™ve fixed this issue immediately. If it was their fault they wouldโ€™ve fixed it.

I also discussed with Lisa that I am having problems with my key fob. In the morning, when I click to unlock my door, it will NOT unlock. I have to press the button on the door handle, and then click the unlock symbol on my key fob. Only then will it unlock. She said that she checked the battery in the fob, and it's fine. Iโ€™m usually very happy with my service but I was upset this last time. I noticed my tire light was on after my oil change and tire rotation. I called and left two messages and didnโ€™t hear back. This was Saturday morning and so Monday morning I took the car back as soon as they opened. Then I was there almost two hours before they fixed it. The thing was it was working fine when I took it in on Saturday. Things like this need not happen. Maybe the service folks need more training. I will continue to come but will be very cautious from now on.

Was a bit early for appointment. Greeted nicely by attendant who informed my service writer that I was waiting. Told by attendant I was next in line. Attendant put plastic on seat and floor mats in. Service writer was on the phone. During the time he was on the phone a corvette pulled up, owner got out of the car and entered the office. I was waiting out side of the office as directed. service writer proceeded to take care of him first. Went in for an oil change and also indicated a possible problem with either shocks or struts. Left car at shop and was called about 30 minutes later that the car was done. I asked him what all he did in that short of a time. He said he did the oil change. I asked him about the shocks and strut problem. He didn't have an answer. He said if we could leave it with him a while longer he could look into it. I really like Roger Dean, but did not feel I had the best experience this time in service.

I am pleased with the technical car service I receive at Roger Dean. Where you could improve is the personal communications. Scheduling, reminders, and follow-up are great. The issue I have is once I am on the lot. I see other customers and hear them in the waiting area, with the same complaint. I suggest you start with simple signage in your check-in area. Then, urge your service pros to more carefully review the service order with customers. They see the forms every day; we do not.

Lisa was great, service was great. The only thing that can be improved is staff checking to see if service is required. I had a check engine light came on for P0700, Transmission Control Module. I reset the code at home and the code did not return. I assumed with 73000 miles I was due for transmission and differential service. I set an appointment. I did not realize those services were already performed in 2024. At check in, and when tech did work, no one reached out to advise the trans and diff had already been serviced. I spent unnecessary funds on services I did not need. I take responsibility for losing track of services performed, but think staff could have mentioned it. Lisa did comp what she could via a coupon, but Iโ€™m sure I spent quite a bit more than necessary.

The service advisor John was terrible. Husband called the day before our appointment asking about loaner car due to car being checked for oil leak. Left 3 messages no return call. Went to drop off car the evening before our appointment was told they may get to looking at it tomorrow which was our appointment date. After car was diagnosed john told us car would be ready to pickup that evening. My husband asked what was the issue John said he didn't know he did not have paper work. Went to pick up my car met John still never told us what they did. My husband asked him again what they did he told us you need to see the nice lady in there referring to the cashier. Im not a young person have been driving along time this service advisor was absolutely terrible. Walked away telling my husband had such a great salesman when we bought the car the service dept makes me reconsider purchasing from this dealer in the future

They didn't air my tires up with my oil change and tire rotation. I had to drive back to get my tires filled up. It says in the paperwork that you can get a free car wash with service but when you ask for it they make it very difficult for you to get every single time, and they try to get out of doing it. I thought they were supposed to do a multipoint inspection with my oil change as well which I don't believe they did either. That location is way too busy and it seems like everyone who works there is overwhelmed and it's showing in the service. Not a good experience.

Had a 10 am appointment on Friday. 2023 traverse had check engine light and rough running with stalling. Iโ€™m 80 and 3 weeks ago had 14 day hospital stay. Asked about loaner since I had several dr appointments. Oh, we canโ€™t give you a loaner until we diagnose the problemโ€ฆ took them until NEXT day to diagnoseโ€ฆ then it was fixed in a few hoursโ€ฆ. What a joke about getting loaners. Gotta find a new dealer or new car company as this one is a leased.

Brought our new Suburban in for first oil change and they did not reinstall the oil filler cap. Somehow it made it 4 weeks until we noticed it was smoking on a cold night, no severe loss of oil. However the internals of the engine were exposed to the elements during that entire time. Now there is a thin oil residue coating the entire bay. If that wasn't bad enough, when I requested a simple oil change to rectify this situation, I was old it was fine and there is nothing to be done. I showed them pictures of water droplets on the dipstick and I was told that its because it is a Diesel engine. There was a simple solution here but this service department failed at every step.

Absolutely horrible experience. Told Rich the issue with the truck and stated itโ€™ll be under warranty, so I drop the truck off. I later get a call saying itโ€™s not under warranty and it was $2,400 to replace the radiator since itโ€™s not under warranty. I said no thanks and then was charged almost $200 for diagnostic which wasnโ€™t needed. Complete scam and rip off especially since they stated it was under warranty. The lady at the clerk desk was very rude as well.

Hour and a half wait for an oil change, That is unacceptable. In addition a price for a Corvette oil change is outrageous! $185 dollars is unaffordable.. I can buy the mobile one oil at Sam's club for 6.67 a quart. Even if you double the price it doesn't add up to the overpricing for your service! I'm sorry to say I may have to take my business elsewhere..

My filters had not been changed for several oil changes. I told them personally to fill the wind washer fluid. They did not had to come back. They never put air in the tires. They do not check what theyโ€™re supposed to be checking. I had to be my own service tech to make them show me my filters which were filthy disgusting my car has never been anywhere else, but Roger Dean itโ€™s a 2017 and Iโ€™m thinking of going somewhere else next timevery disappointed in your service Tax not doing their job

Lisa Short, my new service rep, did an amazing job for me getting me in quickly for service, securing parts that were very difficult to get, helping me apply warranty coverage for my repairs and rewards points Iโ€™ve never utilized. She is always very kind, motivated to help me, knowledgeable, explains things clearly and goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy, welcome there and taken care of properly. The mechanic who worked on my car did an excellent job as well. All issues were resolved and my vehicle runs great now. I am grateful for the great job he or she did. Brent Dixon, my sales person, has been amazing every step of the way since I bought my vehicle 5 years ago. I have never in my life had a sales person that sticks by me after the purchase of a vehicle. He continues to go to great lengths, year after year, to make sure I am happy and taken care of. Every problem I have ever had with my vehicle was eventually resolved because of his loyalty to me. This really shows how much he values customers at Roger Dean. Without him and without Lisa, I may have not come back to Roger Dean in the future for a new vehicle because of ineffective customer service in the service department and vehicle servicing issues in the past three years with two other service reps. Those two reps dismissed me time and time again and I always felt that I was a nuisance to them just for coming in for regular services, let alone problems with my vehicle. Once I started seeing Lisa for help with my vehicleโ€™s issues, I have felt heard, taken care of and confident in sticking with Roger Dean. Brent and Lisa are invaluable to this dealership! Earlier in 2025, I had front brake work completed on my truck at Roger Dean, including front discs, pads, a caliper, and one wheel bearing. Following that repair, the vehicle required two return trips for brake-related issues, which raised concerns about the quality and accuracy of the initial work. The truck is not a daily driver and accumulated only approximately 3,000 miles after the original repair. When I later brought it to another shop for new tires, I was informed that the entire brake system required replacement again. Given the low mileage and prior return visits, this was troubling. I returned the vehicle to Roger Dean to address these concerns and was charged nearly $800 for brake hoses, despite the parts themselves costing roughly $40. I was told this reflected employee pricing and labor, which I found difficult to justify in light of the recent brake work and repeat issues. As someone who works in the heavy industrial service industry, I am familiar with diagnostic processes and recognize patterns consistent with misdiagnosis or callback coverage. This experience significantly impacted my confidence in the technical workmanship of the service department. While staff have generally been professional toward me, I was also disappointed by the manner in which a service advisor treated my wife during a separate visit for her Equinox. She was spoken to in a condescending and rude manner, which is unacceptable. Due to the repeated brake issues, pricing concerns, and prior problems including a separate experience involving a starter repair, I no longer have confidence in Roger Deanโ€™s service department and will not be returning for future service.

Three days after I had my truck serviced at Roger Dean, my battery was completely dead. The battery was two years old and a battery check was included with my truck service. It seems obvious that my battery was not tested as promised. Very disappointed in a less than thorough service on my truck. If my battery had been tested, I would not have been left stranded when my truck wouldnโ€™t start.

Purchased a Chevy Colorado and the day of purchase, the transmission was shuttering and vibrating. The GM service department determined it needed a transmission replacement. GM agreed to install a new transmission which took 70 days and the paperwork indicates it is a remanufactured transmission, not new. Dean Chevrolet provided a courtesy car to use while we waited 70 days, which was much appreciated. Although I was told the transmission would be covered 100% by GM, the service manager said there was a $50 warranty deductible. This deductible was waived by the used car sales manager. We have only had the vehicle for less than a week and we're finding other issues. I would like to have a print out of the 172 point GM inspection that this vehicle went through and what was serviced and/or repaired upon its arrival as a trade-in at the GM dealership. We are grateful that GM is providing a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty on the remanufactured transmission they installed in January 2026.

I brought my vehicle in because my low-beam headlights were not working, which is a basic and important safety issue. I was told the technician was very good, so I expected at least an honest inspection. However, when I received my vehicle inspection sheet, the lights were marked as โ€œworkingโ€ even though my low beams were still out. That means either the lights were never actually checked, or the form was filled out without verifying anything. Either way, that is not acceptable, especially when it involves something as important as visibility and safety while driving at night. This is not the first time Iโ€™ve noticed something on my car that was marked as OK but was actually not working. That makes it very hard to trust the accuracy of their inspections. I donโ€™t have a problem paying for repairs โ€” what I do have a problem with is being given incorrect or misleading information about the condition of my vehicle. When a dealership signs off on safety items, customers should be able to trust that it was truly inspected. Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident relying on this dealerโ€™s inspection reports and would strongly recommend that other customers verify everything themselves.

We brought a tire in for a service tire monitor alert on the dashboard. This was the second time that we had brought in the vehicle for the same issue. While reading the report that I received after the service was completed it said โ€œservice tire monitor system light is on. We have the car in for service in November for the same issue WYO performed inspection on tires as requested prior to service or inspection upon entering vehicle, viewed the dash as it presented no error messages or lights for TPMS concern, all ties are showing incorrect psi in our learn learned to correct position. No action was taken as vehicle. TPMS system is working as Designed Thais were here to spec. In other words, they didnโ€™t do anything so again the alert has come on and I have to again bring the car in for service.

My experience was less than what I expected. On November 25, 2025, I brought my daughter's vehicle in for a brake and driver's seat issue. The vehicle was bought from Roger Dean, in the summer of 2025. I paid for the brake diagnostic and was advised the brakes were fine. The issue continued whereby I again returned with the vehicle approximately 5 weeks later. As this is my daughter's vehicle, very little miles were placed on the vehicle during that time period. I arrived on Saturday and was advised no brake technicians were working. I scheduled service for Monday morning, at 07:45 and returned as scheduled. At approximately 11:00 on the date of service, I was advised the front brakes needed replacing. I authorized the service and was advised the service would be completed by the day's end. Approximately 1 1/2 hours before the business closed for the day, I telephoned for a progress report and was advised the service was not completed but was again assured it would be completed by the day's end. I was not advised of any potential issues. At approximately 4:30, (thirty minutes prior to the close of business), I again contacted the Service Department, was transferred several times to individuals who I would again have to repeat my issue. I was placed on hold for 15 - 20 minutes, then promptly advised the technician was backlogged and would not complete the service until the following morning. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to find alternative transportation for my child to and from school the following day. Further, I work until 5:00pm, so at expense, I had no choice, but to leave work early the following day to retrieve the vehicle. I do understand that unforeseen instances may cause problems with services being provided on time, but I have issue with the lack of communication between the parties involved. Sometimes a perceived small inconvenience has larger ramifications for those depending on their vehicle. It does not go without note however that the day following the scheduled service, I did make contact with the Service Manager. He listened to my issue, was helpful and not dismissive and advised he would personally handle the issue. For this I am grateful and felt I was heard. The service to the vehicle was completed shortly thereafter. Excluding, not mentioned issues I have already experienced with the vehicle since purchase, by comparison, the aforementioned experience may appear inconsequential, but I believed it worthy of bringing to your attention, as this has definitely influenced any future purchases of Chevrolet products. Thank you for your consideration.

Had my Buick lacrosse in for a code and found the brake booster was bad and needed replacement. Lisa worked with me to resolve the issue. After the repairs were made we picked up our car and went home. The next day I took the car to run some errands and noticed the brake peddle fading to the floor, we went right home and called Lisa, she advised me to have it brought back to the shop. We had the car towed in and the service tech for a line loose. They tightened up the fitting and test drove and called to inform me i could come and get it. The service write up individual I had the misfortune to have on my visit could care less about my time, and the misleading statement when I called to set an appt. The claim I could come in anytime without an appointment to have a battery replaced sounded as though it would be handled expeditiously. Over three hours later I had to track him down to get the paperwork moving. I do believe he had somewhat of an attitude at that point! I used to visit Roger Dean for service regularly, but at some point I didn't really feel like I wanted to spend my money there. This last visit affirmed that decision.

Came in for service on my vehicle and when I was leaving, I heard a clicking sound. Returned back to service department, had tech drive my vehicle and ssis she did not hear the noise. When I got home, I had my wife look at the front tire, since that was where I was hearing the clicking sound, we discovered a huge nail in the tire. Tech did not take the time to look and I was disappointed by that. I kept the nail to bring back to show her on my next pass by the dealership.

Appointment scheduling was great. Arrived at appointment on time 8am, was busy took 25min to get checked in, seemed long. Oil change and rotation went well, 1.5hrs. Got detailed invoice, noticed oil used was incorrect for my 6.2L gas motor. Asked service rep and he assured me that they used the correct oil which sometimes is different. I sure hope itโ€™s not as my dealer switched out the dipstick per the recent recall completed to use 0W40 oil. I was not impressed with his answer.

I had an issue with my 2017 Buick LaCrosse knowing that Roger Dean is a GM dealership I went there. Purchase the part gentleman in the parks department said if the part did not work to see Lisa Short in the service department. After speaking to her she did a diagnostic on the car. Showed me the report. Parts were in stock and they repaired my car the following day. I cannot say enough good things about the service department especially the service writer Lisa. Shepherd me a shuttle service the shuttle driver Andrew was absolutely wonderful. In the future I will look at Roger Dean for a purchase because of this service department.

In January just spent three grand here a little over. And now today they're trying to say it's well over five grand barely 2 months later who's gonna spend 10 grand and two months to repair a car plus this car does not have that many miles on it should not be falling apart like this. It's very low mileage. And then the manager has the audacity to say well you can get a new car so let me go, put five grand down and start making payments so that's why I'm very weary of the dealership because I don't want we wanted to keep coming here like a family dealership. We really do like this place but it seems like a weird coincidence that all of a sudden the return charge 10 grand in two months and then tried to sell my new car.

Transmission replaced in January. The speedometer would quit working while traveling down the road. Then the Transmission speed sensor and its wire harness failed while I was driving on 41! GM has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty on it, however, GM roadside assistance denied a tow. The service tech determined this repair is covered under the warranty. I am working with GM to get reimbursed for towing. And I need thie warranty to be connected to my truck computer record so future GM dealerships can access it.Plus, we had to return after the repair of the speed sensor due to transmission fluid dripping that turned out to be residual.

Check-in went just fine with Kevin. He helped me with some questions that I had, which was great. However on my way home I saw that the engine light was lit. I called the service department up right away to see what I needed to do or if I needed to worry about anything. After three calls and two messages, I hadnโ€™t spoken with anyone. So when I got home I made a plan to go back to the dealership the first thing this morning. I called again and again left a message and again no return call. When I got to the service department to check in. Kevin can and checked for any issues and found that everything went fine and the warning light would go out in a day or two. He also explained that his department was short staffed right now. However I was disappointed that if I wanted the light turn off or reset I would have to wait an hour or two, so I decided to head home. Very disappointed that the service technician didnโ€™t check and clear any system warnings before sending me home after they did the work on my car the day of the service. Itโ€™s like they are just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible.

Heading issue with my car stalling. Brought it into the dealership. Lisa the service writer did a Diagnostics over some might be two different issues. She asked us to please leave the vehicle there which we did. The following day the surface team worked on our car. Lisa called me to tell me they had to order some parts and would be done the following day. It was completed when she said it would be completed. The service team is great. Lisa is by far the best service writer I have ever spoke to. She knows her job and she knows how to communicate with the customer. In the future all my service needs will be done at Roger Dean in Cape Coral.

It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked my tire monitoring system also, as my warning light is on. After my vehicle was finished and parked for me, it took another half hour for the paperwork to get printed and my keys returned to me. He originally gave me the wrong keys and he printed the wrong paperwork. I am returning tmrw to have the tire monitoring system parts installed as they weren't in stock. I called the rep., Richard for an update on the parts and he never responded to me.

I would have left one star, but I am two because the cashier was very friendly. But overall, the lack of communication is an issue. I asked for an estimate, never received one. I also called several times to confirm car was received (I had an appointment at 8:00am, but had to drop it off the night before due to a conflict), get the status of estimate, and then without hearing back from anyone, I called just to get an estimate on timing for my Tahoe to be picked up. More than half of those calls went unanswered by a person or VM. I also NEVER received a call back. Very frustrating. I've used Roger Dean many times in the past and communication seems to be a struggle -- whether it's slow or no responses, lack of follow up, etc. When deciding on where to buy my trucks/cars, the service department is how I gauge where I'm going to buy because I always have my car serviced by the dealership and that is who you work with after sales. While sales always answers and follows up, service is the who I engage most. I don't think I'll use Roger Dean again.

Happy with Lisa our service advisor but unhappy with the diagnosis of the first $2500 repairs which didnโ€™t fix the problem. Three + weeks in the service dept later we had to spend another $2300 to fix the problem. We were without our vehicle for over 5 + weeks. Thank goodness Lisa kept us abreast of what was going on and helped us with cost. Not real happy with having to spend almost $5000 to finally get our car fixed
